K2 commercial management is a quantity surveying business established in 2003 that offers a range of commercial services to Cost Consultants, Main Contractors and Specialist Sub-Contractors in the Construction, Energy and Process Engineering industries. We are based in Essex, but can provide services across the UK.
Whilst we specialise in Mechanical and Electrical services, our experience in the Water, Energy, Pharmaceutical and Semi Conductor industries means that we also have extensive knowledge of the whole construction process from ground works to frame & envelope to fit-out.
